Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the technical and operational rules for using the Zenafox Service. It supplements the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, revocation of licenses or rewards, and other actions permitted by law.
1. Authorized Use
Use the Service only for its intended purpose and only through interfaces and functionality provided by Zenafox.
2. Automation and Bots
You may not use bots, scripts, macros, browser automation, AI agents acting on your behalf, click farms, or other automated methods to play games, create accounts, submit answers, earn achievements, or obtain rewards.
3. Cheating and Exploits
You may not exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintended gameplay mechanics. Security vulnerabilities should be responsibly reported rather than exploited.
4. Account Abuse
You may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, bypass restrictions, manipulate rankings, evade suspensions, or obtain duplicate referral or promotional rewards.
5. Referral Fraud
Fake referrals, self-referrals, disposable email addresses, coordinated referral rings, purchased accounts, or other fraudulent methods of obtaining referral rewards are prohibited.
6. Reverse Engineering
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Service.
7. Scraping and Data Mining
You may not scrape, harvest, copy, mirror, index, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated or manual means without prior written permission.
8. Security
You may not interfere with the security of the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, password attacks, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, or bypassing security controls.
9. Network and Infrastructure
You may not overload, disrupt, interfere with, or impair the operation of the Service or any supporting infrastructure, including cloud providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or content delivery networks.
10. Commercial Use
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, host, or commercially exploit the Service without written authorization from Zenafox.
11. Enforcement
Zenafox may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, reset scores, revoke achievements or referrals, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke paid licenses, cooperate with law enforcement, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
12. Reporting
If you discover a security issue or abuse of the Service, please report it to zenafoxgames@gmail.com. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until they have been addressed.
13. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Relationship to Other Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into the Zenafox Terms of Use and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and Copyright (DMCA) Policy.
